Charlie looks like
a Newfoundland Border Collie mix, young male. This boy was pretty
traumatized after being picked up by animal control. But after just a
couple of minutes, he took treats, licked my hand and sniffed my face.
He really wants and needs a friend. If you are that person, this dog
would attach himself to you like glue. The Border Collies, being very
intelligent, tend to be suspicious of strangers. Charlie is larger
