Teddy Bear is a little Red Chow mix girl.  Note her black tongue.  Roof of her mouth is also black.  She's probably about 2 1/2 months old, has had her shots.  She is out going and friendly.  She's in a temporary foster home with many other animals and children.  Her personality is happy and curious.
